The hotel's rating in the international service reservations HRS.com will be 12.5% of the final result of nominee in this Awards. Proportionally in the assessment system will be taken into account ratings of hotels in three prestigious international and local services online booking, which will be announced in the near future. Together they will form the consumer assessment of hotels-nominees. In award of the Russian Hospitality Awards takes into account solely those services where assessment can make only those guests who were staying at the hotel.
Evaluate a hotel on HRS user can only after booked a stay through HRS and actually spent a night at the relevant hotel. HRS hotel evaluations therefore reflect the experiences of HRS customers only. What evaluation criteria does HRS take account of:
General aspects: The atmosphere at the hotel, its facilities, cleanliness, the wellness area, and value-for-money.
Rooms: The size of the rooms, the facilities in the rooms, the noise level, the quality of the beds, and the bathrooms.
Staff and gastronomy: The friendliness of reception staff, the helpfulness of hotel employees, breakfast, and restaurant service.

HRS operates a worldwide hotel reservation system for business and private travellers, with a database of more than 250,000 hotels in all categories in 190 countries.

We will remind, the hotels independently submit applications for participation in the Award. Demand form is available on the site Russian Hospitality Awards; the number of nominees isn’t limited. After the registration hotels create special presentation, considering a profile the nominations, and also provide additional materials for estimation of hotel structure of jury of an award. The assessment of jury makes 50% of final result nominee. The consumer assessment occurs on the basis of ratings of hotels in international and local systems of online booking. Head brand of communications of HRS Russia & CIS Alexey Minayev also I added that considers such assessment objective.

"This certain average value of the status of hotel which develops as from estimates of consumers of hotel services, and professionals of the market. Such approach guarantees that on the one hand opinions of both parties, and with another will be considered – random human factors are almost leveled", - Alexey noted. The ceremony of rewarding of Russian Hospitality Awards will take place in Crystal Ballroom of Lotte Hotel Moscow hotel. Action will bring together general managers and investors of the best hotels of Russia, owners and top officials of the partner companies, representatives of business and specialized mass media.

In Russia the Award will be annually carried out and will become a unique platform for developments of cooperation and communication of key persons of the industry of hospitality, and also various adjacent segments.
