A great desire to share its experience, gained over many years of hard work, and to tell about hotel’s life in light and humorous manner aroused a thought about filming a movie in the mind of Vostok Hotel’s management. 

«Reception» is a SITCOM, dedicated to the life of a modern city hotel. Scene of action is the reception of a hotel. The main characters are cheerful administrators of the reception: Filippitch and Syoma, who constantly get into ridiculous situations. The first is an experienced employee, tired of unpredictable desires and complaints of the guests. The second is an aspiring energetic worker who is willing to help everyone. 

Due to excessive diligence of the inexperienced administrator and desire of the senior to shift all the work to his younger companion this couple often gets into a sticky situation, which is not so easy to get out. But every time they manage to settle all conflicts and get away with it.

  • Filming of the series (May-June) 
  • Presentation of the series at the “Day of tourism in Tyumen” (June, 28) 
  • PR-action at Vostok Hotel, dedicated to the celebration of Day of the city, the official platform (July, 26) 
  • The premiere of the pilot episode of the sitcom on the Internet on the official website the series (July, 26) 
  • Filming trailers and teasers of the series (Oktober) 
  • Presentation of the series at the exhibition “Tyumen Brand” (Oktober, 30-31) 
  • Private screening of the series «Reception» (November, 6) 
  • Publication of the series on the Internet – one episode a day (from November, 10)
