TrustYou is a globally recognised standard in the sphere of hotel reputation management. The feedback monitoring platform analyses millions of reviews on the Internet. Each comment made on any online resource, including Booking.com, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, immediately gets to TrustYou database and then is transferred to hotels to work with the guest and to tourism portals to increase the service level.

TrustScore, the rating used to evaluate hotels by Google, Kayak, WeGo and many others is fully calculated on the basis of confirmed guests' reviews. This rating cannot be distorted or concealed, so it means each hotel openly competes for the right to be the best. And, of course, as it is being improved, it pleases guests and increases the quality of the industry in general,” says Anton Matveev, a co-founder of Russia / Big Tree.
The number of the hotel's stars has no impact on its rating in the consumers' opinion. When selecting the hotel, tourists tend to use different sights more and more often in search of visitors' recommendations. TrustYou system simultaneously analyses 400 thousand hotels all over the world and furnishes the information on the hotel reputation obtained from real guests, in pursuance of its mission to improve tourism experience. At present more than 100 million bookings are made per month with account of TrustScore rating on various websites. TrustScore rating is calculated only on the basis of confirmed guests' reviews on more than 250 resources, except TripAdvisor. That is why TrustScore rating has been included into the evaluation system of the Russian Hospitality Awards and makes up 25 % of all the data having impact on selecting finalists and winners, thus making the Awards results accurate and transparent. Other 25 % are Booking.com rating whereas main 50 % are the expert opinion of the jury.
Applications for the third All-Russian Awards are still being admitted. At present more than 100 hotels have been registered, during the first week only. The number of nominees is unlimited, so everyone is given an opportunity to compete for the title of the best.
