Pavel's legal practice is focused on the hospitality sector. Pavel is involved in projects with major international hotel chains in Russia and participates in structuring transactions, holding negotiations and drafting hotel management and related agreements. Pavel has experience in representing both hotel owners and international hotel operators at negotiations of more than 50 deals over the past 10 years. Pavel's recent experience also includes advising a Russian developer on choice of international operator, negotiation of commercial and legal aspects of co-operation and full legal support of negotiation of the set of management agreements.
Pavel consults major Western companies in the sphere of establishing and restructuring their business in Russia, general corporate issues, licensing, franchising, tax, tenders, dispute resolution, advice on various commercial contracts and day-to-day activities.
