Expert in hospitality industry. Launched her career in 1999 in one of Moscow’s first Western managed hotels. In 2005 joined Marriott International for the opening of the first Courtyard by Marriot branded hotel in Russia, where she was responsible for Event Management and Sales. At Marriott International also participated actively in the program of internal corporate training, being a certified trainer of «Foundations of Leadership” course, and trained supervisor level staff of Marriott International hotels across Europe. 

In 2009 headed the Russian office of German HRS.com – Hotel Reservation Service, one of the world’s leading online hotel reservation portals. In 2012 joined BYROM plc – the official accommodation agency of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ and is now heading operations within its Russian fully owned subsidiary, MATCH Accommodation 2018, responsible for cooperation between all stakeholders of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ official accommodation program, including FIFA, the Local Organizing Committee, representatives of the host cities and hotels.
