President of the First Club of Professionals of Hospitality

Tatyana started her carrier in hospitality sphere in the 1980's. At the very beginning she used to work as a dishwasher in the sanatorium "Serebryany Bor", which belonged to the Sanatorium and Curative Administration of the Moscow government. In several years she grew up to the Administration auditor and supervised sanatoriums (for 200-500 rooms) in the Moscow region, the Crimea and Sochi.

In 1982 Tatyana graduated from the Moscow Institute of National Economy. G.V. Plekhanov (now called the Russian Academy of Economics named after GV Plekhanov), specializing in "catering engineer".

Tatyana received a variety of experience (from a maid to the head of the hotel's housekeeping services) in the hotels of the international hotel chains of the USA and Russia: Hilton, Wyndham, Embassy Suits, Holiday Inn, Marriott, Intourist, Kempinsky.

She also participated in the opening of Moscow hotels Marriott Tverskaya, Marriott Grand Hotel, Hilton Leningradskaya, advised on housekeeping and took part in the opening of Marriott hotels in Portugal and Ireland.

From 1996 to 2008 she organized diverse events for housekeepers of Moscow, and in 2008 Tatyana made her old dream come true: she founded the First Club of Professionals of Hospitality (www.comfortprofi.ru). The Club represents the first professional community of housekeepers in Russia.

The First Club of Professionals of Hospitality is an association, which allows professionals of hotel business (of any field of activity) can establish productive interaction with colleagues. As the President of the Club she both inspires it and coordinates its work.

Tatyana took an active part in business programs of different events dedicated to hospitality industry in on Baikal, in the Altai region, in the Volga region, in Sochi, in the region of the Caucasian Waters, and in the Crimea.

From 2009 on she established in Russia an annual International Week of Housekeepers, a meeting which became traditional for housekeepers from all the world since 1981.

Tatyana is an invariable participant of all significant events in the hospitality industry, such as PIR EXPO Russian Hospitality Week, HoReCa Expo, CleanExpo Moscow. She also participates in the All-Russian Professional Hotel Competition “Comfort and Coziness".

Tatyana Kibireva is an organizer and one of authors of the following tutorials:

  • “Practice of Housekeeping for the successful functioning of the hotel” (requested by the Moscow Government, 2010);
  • Quick Start Guide “Just Housekeeping”, 2014;
  • CD “Russian-English phrasebook for housekeepers ... and not only”, 2014

The topic of her course is “Practical course on the structure of the Economic Service”.
