Head of the Classification Center LLC "Stars Hotels", a member of the Council for Classification under the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

 Lilia is the leading expert in the classification of hotels for "stars", actively participates in the development and popularization of the Russian classification system.

She is a full member of the National Academy of Tourism, as well as the Russian Union of Travel Industry.

Moreover Lilia finds time to speak at scientific conferences both in Russia and abroad.

In 2014, as a part of the delegation, she represented the expert community of the Russian Federation at the Russian-Austrian Cultural and Tourism Forum.
