Founder and Managing Director of SEC Hospitality Training and Consulting, with specialises in consulting and couching for the hospitality industry. Aneta has a Bachelor degree in hospitality management from ACT college in Greece and an MBA from one of the world`s top hospitality universities - Cesar Ritz University in Switzerland. Fluent in English, Russian and Macedonia.

Aneta has 12 years of operational experience in hotels and restaurants across seven different countries around the world. Aneta is part of the ServiceGuru Team, with has develop a special mobile application for the training of personnel in the hospitality industry, by allowing them to quickly learn the industry standards, and services of the hotel or restaurant.

Aneta is the author of many hospitality publications, including “Back to Basics” section in one of the most influential hospitality publications in Macedonia – “Barcode”. She is also the organizer of the “Ladies in Hospitality HR” business breakfast, which takes place every two months in different Moscow hotels. 

Aneta is a sertified hospitality trainer (CHT, AHLEI) and is also an accredited trainer for team development with Belbin Team Roles. She regularly conducts trainings on the following topics: Leadership Coaching, Performance Management, Service Excellence Training, Team Development.
