Alla started her career in 1997 where she completed dual studies in Steigenberger, the best German group of five-star hotels, and plunged into the hotel business from scratch by gaining serious professional experience.
While developing her career, Alla gained broad experience at key management offices in luxe hotels in Germany and Russia, and held the office of the sales and marketing director at Baltschug Kempinski Moscow.
Being a professional with many years of experience in the tourist and hospitality area, in 2011 Alla Belikova headed Promark, the strategic communication agency which supports entry into the market and gaining and increasing of the market share for commercial and non-profitable organisations in the hospitality and tourist area. The company renders sales development, marketing and public relations services for hotel luxe brands as well as tourist and transport companies and clinics.
Alla is an expert in the area of cross cultural communications and a supporter of the highest international business quality standards, a holder of Egon Steigenberger awards and a nominee of the wine expert contents of the German Wine Institute.
