When choosing a nomination, keep in mind that the recommended number of matches of criteria with the actual data about the hotel is 70%.

The criteria highlighted in bold are mandatory for compliance with the nomination.

 

Apart-hotel

Apartment complex (a hotel that has rooms of all categories, including "standard" with a mandatory kitchen area)

In this category, hotels are evaluated, the number of rooms in which consists of apartment rooms (at least 40m2, bedroom, living/dining room, kitchen area) and "studios" (at least 25m2, one-room with kitchen area). It is assumed that there is a kitchen in the room. The area of rooms in an Apartment hotel often exceeds the standard area of a hotel room in hotels of similar class. The concept of the hotel assumes the possibility of accommodating at least two people in studio rooms, as well as the possibility of self-cooking. Accommodation facilities in the form of residential apartments are NOT allowed to participate.

This nomination evaluates hotels that have been officially awarded the "3 stars" category based on the results of state certification. The hotel assumes the availability of rooms of various categories, equipped with bathrooms, with round-the-clock cold and hot water supply and daily cleaning. The hotel must have a restaurant or other way of catering.

Criteria for choosing a nomination:

Availability of a certificate of category assignment
Availability of rooms of various categories, starting with the first category "standard" (the highest category is optional, but is an advantage) for 1-2 local accommodation (which does not exclude the availability of family rooms with more than 2 beds with an acceptable living area)
Availability of sockets at the desk and at the head of the bed, free sockets in the room
The possibility of moving and living for people with disabilities
Internet access throughout the hotel
The presence of guest elevators in buildings with a height of more than 3 floors

In this nomination, chefs of restaurants at classified hotels of any type (hotels, apartment hotels, resorts, etc.) who have been working in this position for at least 3 years are evaluated. Personal achievements in professional activity are evaluated. In this nomination, a visit to the hotel by a secret guest is mandatory.

Criteria for choosing a nomination:

The presence of a certificate of the category of the hotel in which the chef works
Work in this hotel as a chef - at least 3 years, registration according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (no later than from August 1, 2020)
Familiarization with the Regulations on the reception of a secret guest (see Appendix No. 3)
Availability of professional education: basic or additional, or general work experience in a restaurant in various positions for at least 5 years.
Availability of a developed and implemented HACCP system in the restaurant
The restaurant operates in the structure of the hotel

In this category, hotels with a developed SPA infrastructure on the territory are evaluated. The hotel offers a wide range of SPA treatments, cosmetic procedures for the face and body, aesthetic medicine procedures. On the territory of the hotel there are baths and saunas.

The presence of a certificate of assignment of the category
Location of the SPA complex and the hotel in the same building, the presence of a covered passage between the buildings, if the hotel and SPA are located in different buildings
